Through our new SPTI division, we are your all-in-one solution to all of your small project and construction needs from start to finish. Remove the headache of contacting several different tradesmen or even running the risk of hiring an unlicensed handyman – HCS is a reliable licensed general contractor and provides high-quality results with every project, large or small.
The SPTI division moves quickly. Typical projects take only a hand full of days and range in cost from $25,000 to $35,000 or less. If a project does not meet these criteria, we can move your project into the general construction division seamlessly.
