Our new kitchen is amazing! I’m most excited about the new island. It’s where my family likes to gather together when we cook. Tim, Michelle, and the staff were wonderful to work with. I’ve lived in this house 10 years. I waited until now to remodel because of all the horror stories about people going over budget. Not only were they on budget, but everything was done on schedule. And they helped bring my ideas to fruition.

Once we got all of our ideas out there, Michelle and Tim showed us a three-dimensional rendering they created of what the remodeling would look like. The detail was amazing. They used the actual cabinet colors, hardware and light fixtures in the rendering. Everything turned out as we expected. One of the added benefits of working with Hardt Construction was the entire contract was laid out in advance and we knew the total cost.

HCS was great to work with on our home remodel project. Tim and Michelle handled everything from start to finish, no multiple contractors to work with, one point of contact for the entire project. We were very impressed with their teams professionalism, specifically control of the budget, on time scheduling and great documentation. We would highly recommend HCS for your next project.
