Consultation
Our initial consultations are complimentary. Hardt Construction Services wants to get to know you, what you would like your kitchen to be, and we want to tell you how we can help you. We offer Fixed Price Proposals which ensures that your kitchen remodel is realistically estimated. These proposals outline the scope of each project and associated costs.
HCS respects your parameters, and we work with you and your budget.

Your ideas, your style, and your design needs are our top priority, because we want you to have the kitchen you have always dreamed of, and we are here to make that happen.
You will be involved in everything from initial discussions to picking the fixtures and finishes. HCS is proud that we offer full-service Interior Design and Space Planning to ensure that you are confident that your kitchen will exceed your expectations.
Design & Development
When you are ready to proceed with Hardt Construction Services for your kitchen remodel, you’ll sign our Design Development Agreement which is your confirmation of sole ownership of that design.
This is where the fun part begins! You get to choose cabinets, floors, fits, and finishes.
Our designers can help you with everything from colors to appliances. HCS offers best-in-class product options, and we only work with top-of-the-line manufacturers, to ensure your kitchen will be of highest quality and durability.
We work with you until we have a perfect road map for your new kitchen, and we will use our digital design services to create a virtual walk through of your project, giving you the ability to see how your completed kitchen will look.
We will present a design and budget review which includes a full cost analysis and estimator. Hardt Construction Services will not ask you to sign your construction agreement until you completely understand and agree to everything. The HCS Owners, Michelle and Tim are there to answer any questions and concerns you may have.
Before the work begins you will meet your team lead and project engineer. We want you to feel confident and connected to the people creating your dream kitchen.

Final Handover
Once your kitchen remodel is done, Michelle and Tim Hardt, and your project team will walk you through your completed space. Your team will prepare a binder for you, which includes a detailed list of products, warranty information, and care and cleaning recommendations for everything in your kitchen.
We pride ourselves on our white glove service, which means your new kitchen will be sparkling clean and ready for you to host a dinner party or just have a quiet meal with your loved ones in your new space.
