At HCS we want to meet you and understand what you envision for your home. Our first consultation is always complimentary. We take the time to get to know you and your home.

At our initial meeting we will sit down with you and:

After we meet, we will prepare a Fixed Price Proposal for you. Your proposal will offer a realistic estimate of the scope and associated costs of your project. Hardt Construction Services offers this to our clients because we respect your financial parameters.

Design & Development

When you decide that you would like to remodel your home with HCS, you will sign our Design Development Agreement. The agreement guarantees you have sole ownership of your home renovation design.

Our owners, Michelle and Tim Hardt will meet with you to make sure that your project is planned out with utmost care. We have a team of designers and architects to help guide the vision for your home.

When you have met extensively with our team and are ready to move forward, Tim and Michelle will present you with a design and budget review. This presentation includes a full cost analysis and estimator, a customized project timeline, and will outline key milestones like demolition, construction, inspections, and final touches. HCS will not ask you to sign your construction agreement until you completely understand and agree to everything. Michelle and Tim are committed to being a part of these presentations so they can address any questions or concerns you may have.

Interior design

Our commitment to transparent communication means that before any work commences, we will connect you with your project team. Your team lead and engineer will be your main points of contact throughout our time in your home, and we want you to connect with them.

Home remodels require a lot of time. Your team will be working on your full home renovation anywhere from six months to a year. Throughout the project you will have full access to a client portal where daily updates and photos are posted, but we understand that you need to trust us, and your team. The best way to guarantee this happens is to have open lines of communication.

Final Handover

When your remodel is finally complete, Michelle, Tim, and your project team will do a full walk- through of your new home with you! Hardt Construction Services prepares a binder for each of our clients. Your binder will include a detailed list of products, warranty information, and care and cleaning recommendations for every aspect of your remodeled home. Our commitment to you doesn’t end when we leave your home. We also want our clients to know that we are available to help with any issues after your renovation is complete, and will help you address any questions that arise.
