Consultation
Design & Development Phase
Once you’ve decided to move forward and our team fully understands the project, we have our clients sign a Design Development Agreement, which ensures the design is yours. We then create a preliminary space plan and a 3D model. During this phase, our clients will have a measuring meeting with the project engineer and construction manager.
The design presentation provides a complete project view. The budget will be reviewed once again with an estimator to cover all financial needs with a full cost analysis of the proposed plan. After we help you visualize your new space, a construction agreement will be signed and we began to bring your new design to life!
You will receive a letter with your assigned project engineer and team lead contact information. During the construction phase, our team is on-site every day actively working until the project is complete. You will have access to a detailed client portal where you can review all your project’s information and daily photos of the progress.
Final Handover
Once your project is complete, Tim, Michelle, and our whole team will do a final walk-through with you. We then present you with a binder, thoroughly detailing products from your specific project, a comprehensive warranty list, and important cleaning and care recommendations. Finally, we encourage our clients to stay in touch with any questions, comments, or concerns.
